Our twist on a traditional pepperoni. Made with 100% Washington State beef and pork, we use natural casings and gently smoke our pepperoni over hazelnut shells before dry curing for 10 days.

Due to our artisan process, our pepperoni naturally cups when cooked - creating a gorgeous visual for your pizza and a crispy, charred bite for every slice.
